A packed grooming tote sounds great until everyone borrows the hoof pick!
The hoof pick does have a way of wandering! Maybe one of the tote’s exterior pockets can become its designated spot.
Valerie C.The hoof pick is always the first thing missing from our tote too.
Nice that it includes a face brush for the horses who hate big brushes.
Ocala dust gets into everything. I'd want a tote that's easy to rinse.
That scraper and curry combo could save some space in my little barn locker.
Sophie LangLocker space goes fast. I'd want to see how sturdy that combo tool feels, though.
That sweat scraper and coarse curry combination could be handy when locker space is tight.
Looks convenient, but I prefer picking out brushes one at a time.
That makes sense. Choosing brushes individually lets you build a kit around what works best for your horse.
Greg H.I get that. Some brushes just fit your hand better than others.
I keep a spare hoof pick in every grooming bag. They vanish so fast!
Abby FloresI started clipping mine to the bag handle. It still wanders off sometimes.
A comb and a mane brush? My pony would still manage to look wild.
Would love to know if the tote stands up when it's empty.
Good question. We haven’t tested whether the tote stands upright when empty, so we wouldn’t want to guess.
I appreciate the affiliate note being clear. I'd still compare kit sizes.
My tack room could use a refresh, though I already have three curry combs.
Rafael OrtizSame here with the curry combs. I'd probably pass the extras along to a new boarder.
This would make a sweet gift for a new horse owner in the family.
It could make a thoughtful gift, especially since it includes the grooming basics in one tote.
The curry comb and dandy brush would cover most of my daily grooming.
Erin WallaceThose are the two I reach for most days too. The face brush is handy for the fussy ones.
How sturdy is the tote handle? That's always what wears out on mine.
A separate mane and tail brush is nice. Mine keeps wandering off!
I like the kit, but I'd check the price at local tack shops first.
Absolutely worth comparing prices and supporting a local tack shop when you can.
Nina B.Good call. I've found decent grooming supplies at Ocala tack shops for less than I expected.
Glad it has a hoof pick. That's the one tool I reach for every day.
Exterior pockets are great until you leave the tote out in a downpour.
My daughter just started riding, and this looks like a nice beginner set.
The sweat scraper would get plenty of use around here in August!
August barn days can certainly make a sweat scraper earn its place in the tote!
I'd want to feel the brush bristles before buying, but the set looks useful.
Seven tools in one tote sounds handy for our crowded tack room.
A face brush included too! I usually end up buying that separately.
Does the tote hold a full size spray bottle too? That's my one question.
That sounds like a good starter kit for someone new to Ocala horse country.
Dave ThompsonAgreed. Having the basics together makes those first few barn visits a lot easier.
Love a tote with outside pockets! My hoof pick always disappears.
Outside pockets are handy for keeping small tools within reach, if the hoof pick makes it back after every use!
