Scheduled to debut in spring 2026, The Forge aims to become a central hub for both residents and visitors.
The nearly 3-acre venue will feature a variety of dining options, including several restaurants, bars, and a brewery, all designed to cater to diverse tastes.
Among the anticipated establishments are The Blind Eye, a 1920s-style speakeasy offering Southern-inspired cuisine and an extensive whiskey selection; Ignite, an Asian fusion restaurant specializing in sushi and contemporary dishes; and The Hammock, a Mediterranean-style tapas bar emphasizing shareable plates.
For those with a sweet tooth, Just Desserts will serve premium ice cream and desserts.
In addition to its culinary offerings, The Forge plans to host community events such as pop-up markets, ladies' night gatherings, and small concerts, fostering a vibrant social atmosphere.
Ample on-site and valet parking will be available to accommodate guests.
Further enhancing Ocala's culinary landscape, the World Equestrian Center recently unveiled the Equestrian Manor, a four-story venue introducing four new restaurant concepts: The Polo Pony, an all-American restaurant; Genevieve’s, offering Italian cuisine; White Willow, specializing in Asian fusion; and Emma’s Patisserie, providing a selection of desserts and pastries.
